**Snowfall Update Across Various Locations in the Region**

The National Weather Service in Buffalo has issued a weather update as of 11:15 AM, reporting ongoing snowfall across several locations, including Peterborough, Rochester, Buffalo, Watertown, Syracuse, Hornell, Sayre, Warren, Ogdensburg, Utica, and Barrie.

Snowfall is expected to persist across the region throughout the afternoon but will gradually diminish in most areas. Areas southeast of Lake Ontario may experience the most persistent snowfall.

The report also noted that due to shallow cloud depths, snow may not appear on radar in some areas farther from radar locations, even though snowfall is actively occurring. Residents in affected areas should be prepared for winter weather conditions as the snow continues to fall.
