Library Curates Reading List for Cinderella Performances

The Liverpool Public Library has announced a curated reading list to accompany the upcoming performances of "Rodgers & Hammerstein's Cinderella" at Syracuse Stage. This reading list features selections for various age groups, designed to enhance the fairy tale experience.
For juvenile and middle-grade readers, the library recommends:
- "Ella Enchanted" by Gail Carson Levine
- "Tuesdays at the Castle" by Jessica Day George
- "The Land of Stories: The Wishing Well" series by Chris Colfer
For young adult fiction, suggested titles include:
- "Geekerella" by Ashley Poston
- "Cinder" by Marissa Meyer
- "Stepsister" by Jennifer Donnelly
Adults can enjoy:
- "The Princess Bride" by William Goldman
- "A Princess in Theory" by Alyssa Cole
- "Confessions of an Ugly Stepsister" by Gregory Maguire
The musical "Rodgers & Hammerstein's Cinderella" will be performed live from November 22 to January 5, with ticket prices starting at $30.
