**Potential Snowfall and Dangerous Wind Chills Expected in the Northeast**

BINGHAMTON, NY – According to Broome County Emergency Services, the greatest likelihood of receiving more than 2 inches of snow on Sunday into Sunday night is predicted for areas southeast of Interstate 88, extending into Northeast Pennsylvania. Residents are advised to prepare for potential snowfall within this region.

Additionally, dangerous wind chills are expected in the week following the snow event. Local authorities urge the community to take precautions, dress warmly, and stay informed as conditions develop.

Broome County Emergency Services has assured the public that their team is actively monitoring the situation and will provide updates as the forecast progresses. Residents are encouraged to pay attention to updates and take necessary safety measures.
